Census Bureau: 84 percent of people in White Plains were old enough to vote in 2019

Of the 1,094 citizens living in White Plains in 2019, 919 were old enough to vote as of Jan. 26, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 490 of those people were female and 429 were male.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.

Statistical data for 2020 will be released later this year.
