Yadkin 4-H Club recently issued the following announcement.
N.C. Cooperative Extension, Yadkin County Center is offering a winter workshop series on small fruit production and pruning. Learn from specialists the best management practices to successfully grow berries in your backyard or as a business. Each workshop includes a hands-on pruning demos where you will get experience pruning blackberries, blueberries, and grapes. Whether you’re just starting out or an experienced grower, these workshops are an opportunity too good to miss.
Cost: $5 per class or $10 for 3 class series.
Registration: Please register by the Friday prior to each workshop.
