Surry County recently issued the following announcement.
At the meeting scheduled for Monday, December 7, @ 6 p.m., the Surry County Board of Commissioners will consider a resolution to donate fourteen (14) surplus, obsolete, or unusable Bullet Proof Vests to Surry Community College Basic Law Enforcement Training program.
The meeting will be held in the Commissioners Meeting Room, 2nd Floor of the Surry County Historic Courthouse, 114 West Atkins Street, Dobson, NC.
