The Yadkin County Board of Commissioners will begin livestreaming their meetings starting October 20, 2025, at 9:00 am. The decision aims to make government proceedings more accessible for residents who are unable to attend in person.

A statement from the board reads: “We recognize that some citizens can’t attend the Board of County Commissioner meetings in-person, but by live-streaming our meetings we can provide citizens the opportunity to learn about Yadkin County Government. We look forward to citizens utilizing this new feature.”

Residents interested in watching the meetings online can follow a provided link to view sessions such as the February 5th Board Meeting.

For those needing assistance with accessing the new livestream platform, Michael Silverman is available for questions at msilverman@yadkincountync.gov or by phone at 336-849-7900.
