There was a single gas station in cities across Yadkin County selling diesel at the lowest price of $3.09 per gallon in the week ending Aug. 17, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.com.
The average reported cost of diesel in cities within Yadkin County was $3.34 per gallon.
Of the 22 reported gas stations in cities within Yadkin County, eight offer diesel.
The average reported price of diesel in North Carolina was $3.67, compared to $3.71 the week before.
