Hali Scott, former East Surry High School softball player will compete with her collegiate team for the NCAA D2 Softball Championship

Wingate Bulldogs Coach Jamie Stanclift (2024) | Wingate Bulldogs

Former East Surry High School player and current Wingate Bulldogs pitcher and utility player, Hali Scott, will compete in the NCAA D2 Softball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number one seed against the eighth seeded Anderson Trojans.

The first game is on Thursday, May 9.
