DUE TO REASONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL: THE AUGUST 23RD MEETING WILL BE RECESSED TO AUGUST 30TH AT 7:00 PM in the Board of Commissioners meeting chamber. Public comment will then be received in accordance with the Board’s rules for public hearings.
