A big thank you goes to the N.C. Coastal Federation and 25 enthusiastic volunteers who planted 2,500 salt marsh hay plants and 2,500 salt marsh cordgrass plants to restore wetlands and slow erosion on the mainland shoreline of Hammocks Beach State Park!
