Attention all SECHS students!
The annual Surry Early College High School Poetry Slam will be held on Friday, May 6 from 1:00- 2:15 in the courtyard in front of the grill. All students interested in writing and performing an original piece should submit his or her poem(s) to Mrs. Libbert no later than Wednesday, May 4 at 2:30. Students may submit up to two poems for consideration. The winning poet will receive $50 for his or her work and will be published in the next edition of “Spilled Ink.”
