Surry Community College issued the following announcement on February 14.
Surry Community College is offering a three-month NC Real Estate Provisional Broker Pre-Licensing course that will meet at the Pilot Center, 612 East Main Street, Pilot Mountain.
The class will start on Monday March 14, and will run through Monday, June 20. Students will meet on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6 to 9 p.m.
Upon completion of the course, students will be expected to pass the final exam, which will qualify them to sit for the NC Real Estate exam for licensure.
The class will cost $183 for tuition and an additional $50 for the book and printed course materials. For more information or to register for the course, contact the Pilot Center at (336) 386-3618.
