Mandatory Pre-submittal and Business Outreach Meeting: Aug 18, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Wilkesboro Civic Center, 1241 School St, Wilkesboro, NC 28697. A site visit to the wastewater treatment plant will follow. A virtual attendance option will be made available and will be issued in a forthcoming addendum.
Deadline for Questions: September 1, 2021 by 5:00 pm, EST. Submit all questions regarding this Request for Qualifications to Wes Bramlett, Owner’s Advisor, at wes.bramlett@hdrinc.com. List in the email subject line: “RFQ #2021- 01, Wilkesboro Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) - Upgrade and Expansion”.
