On Saturday, March 14, Ralee Bare, a former North Wilkes High School star, helped her Lenoir–Rhyne Bears to a 54-45 victory over the Coker Cobras in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

The contest was held at B. Frank Tex Turner Arena at 5 p.m. and marked the teams’ first meeting in the tournament.

Lenoir–Rhyne Bears are scheduled to play again on Monday, March 16 at 7 p.m., once again at B. Frank Tex Turner Arena.
