North Surry High School standout Kolby Watson’s college team lost in NCAA Division I baseball game on Tuesday, March 25

On Tuesday, March 25, former North Surry High School standout Kolby Watson’s current college team, the UNC Asheville Bulldogs, lost 9-8 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Western Carolina Catamounts.

The game took place at Ronnie G. Childress Field at Hennon Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Catamounts this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 28 at 5 p.m. at Greenwood Baseball Field against Presbyterian Blue Hose.
