The City of Mount Airy has released the Design Development (DD) Pricing Set for the upcoming Granstone Conference Center. According to city officials, construction is scheduled to start in October and is expected to be completed within 12 to 13 months.
“Construction should begin in October with a completion date of 12-13 months,” a statement from the city reads.
The conference center project aims to provide new event space for local and regional gatherings. City leaders say they will continue to share updates as construction progresses.
