On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Elkin High School standout Lily Robbins’ current college team, the Wingate Bulldogs, won 16-7 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Shippensburg Raiders.

The game took place at Wingate Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Raiders this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 11 a.m. at FMU Softball Stadium against Francis Marion Patriots.
