On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Elkin High School standout Lily Robbins’ current college team, the Wingate Bulldogs, lost 4-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Francis Marion Patriots.

The game took place at FMU Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Patriots this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 1:15 p.m. at FMU Softball Stadium against St. Thomas Aquinas Spartans.
