Hugh Chatham Health at Home has been named a “Superior Performer” by Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) for its patient satisfaction scores in 2024. The recognition places the organization among the top 5% of over 3,200 home health providers evaluated nationwide.
The SHPBest award is given annually to home health agencies that demonstrate consistent high-quality service based on the HHCAHPS survey, which benchmarks patient experience across the country. SHP’s large national database allows it to identify organizations that prioritize patient experience and achieve strong results.
“SHP recognizes how much hard work is involved in providing excellent patient care, and we are proud to acknowledge the tireless efforts of our top-performing customers through our annual SHPBest award program. These organizations care deeply about the patient experience and they never stop striving to improve every single year,” said Kevin Vogel, President of SHP.
Hugh Chatham Health at Home has achieved this level of performance for eight consecutive years. Alisha Shupe, Executive Director at Hugh Chatham Health at Home, said, “The Hugh Chatham Health at Home team goes above and beyond to ensure their patients are not only healthy, but engaged in their personal health goals.
