Forbush High School standout Gavin Maines’ college team lost in NCAA Division I baseball game on Friday, April 11

On Friday, April 11, former Forbush High School standout Gavin Maines’ current college team, the Western Carolina Catamounts, lost 9-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the East Tennessee State Buccaneers.

The game took place at Thomas Baseball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Buccaneers this season.

The Catamounts’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 2 p.m. at Thomas Baseball Stadium against East Tennessee State Buccaneers.
